Your rent includes a $500 monthly meal credit for our private Café.  Residents can enjoy freshly prepared meals. Breakfasts, lunches and dinners are served daily in a cozy lounge with both table seating and comfortable couches.

Residents can grab a coffee, snack or full meal from the Café and relax by the fire in their private resident’s lounge while mingling with friends.

Recreation Room

On the lower floor, all residents will have access to a recreation room that’s packed with games and activities. Connect over a game of bridge, billiards or shuffleboard, or enjoy a show on the big screen TV.

Rooftop Terrace

If you want to get some sun and fresh air, head upstairs to your private rooftop terrace for residents only. Commuter Rail

The Bellevue Apartments are located just steps away from the Mission station – the ultimate convenience for workers.

Highways

Highway 11 connects Mission directly to Abbotsford, while the Lougheed Highway (Highway 7) runs east-west, connecting Mission with urban hubs like Vancouver, Burnaby and Coquitlam.

Transit

 There is also a strong bus system. The Central Fraser Valley Transit System runs buses throughout Mission and Abbotsford, linking the two communities, while TransLink also provides service to Coquitlam.
